We primarily flip single family homes in Southern California. We focus on the SoCal entry level market with purchase prices $2M and under.
Minimum investment into a Flipur flip is $1,000.
Our goal is to be in and out of flips in 4 months. At times it's quicker, and the longest flip project duration was 6 months. The vast majority of our projects have been 4 months and under.
No, we welcome investors of any size.
